• Free shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. Exceptions will be visible at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code. Not at home? The courier will try again or deliver to a pickup point.

Not collected from parcel point
If your order is shipped by us and the delivery driver does not find you at home, the parcel may be taken to a nearby parcel point. If the parcel is not collected from there within the specified period and is therefore returned to us, we will resend it to you if you wish. The shipping costs for this reshipment are at the customer's expense.

If you choose to cancel the order after it has been returned instead of having it reshipped, the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Returns (cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Return conditions

  • Products must be unused and undamaged.

  • Please return in the original packaging.

  • Make sure all included accessories, manuals, and (if applicable) gifts are also returned.

Exceptions

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (for example, skin therapy devices after use).

  • The RL600 and RL600 Standard must be returned via your own carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot handle this return process. You can purchase a label from DHL or another shipping service.

Return process

  1. Click here to register your return in the return portal.

  2. Pack the product securely and fill in all details correctly in the portal.

  3. Ship the package via a carrier of your choice.

  4. Always keep your proof of shipment with Track & Trace until the return has been processed.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. These costs depend on the carrier and the country of shipment. You can expect around €8–10.

Refund

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive confirmation within 10 business days.
  • The refund will be processed within 7 days after approval to your original payment method.
  • Can’t find the amount on your bank statement? Search for “Mollie” or the refund amount.
